Just add a little cooked Rajma or Kidney beans in your pulao recipe to make it more nutritious.

Ensure to soak Rajma at least for 8-10 hours overnight before cooking it. Soaking reduces the anti-nutrients like lectins and phytic acids. These anti-nutrients can interfere in digestion and hamper absorption of nutrients.
