Ingredients
Maize flour/Makkai – 1 cup
Gram Flour – ¼ cup
Grated Carrot – ¼ cup
Chopped Capsicum -1/4th cup
Salt- 3/4th tsp
Pepper -1/4th tsp
Chilli Powder- 1/4th tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4th tsp
Method of preparation
-Take a mixing bowl.
-Add makkai flour & gram flour. Mix well
-Add all the spices & salt, veggies.
-Add water to mix and whisk everything together without any lumps
-The batter should be thin and slightly runny
-Pour the batter on a pre-heated cast iron & spread evenly
-Flip the roti. Let it cook well on both the sides
-Plate it & offer with homemade chutneys & dips
