We bring to you a Healthy Sugar free Jowar Dates Ladoo Dessert Recipe for Toddlers – Check out the recipe below and let us know how when you try it 🙂
Age: This  recipe is appropriate for 12+ months babies.
Ingredients
-½ cup Jowar Flour (Sorghum)
-10-12 Soft Dates – seedless
-1 table spoon Jaggery powder optional ( this will help in binding)
-2 table spoon ghee (homemade or A2 Ghee for Kids is recommended)
-A pinch of Cardamom
Method:
1. Dry roast jowar flour in a pan till nice aroma comes. Make sure not to burn it. Remove from heat and keep aside.
2. Now take 1 table spoon ghee in a pan and heat it for just two minutes.
3. Mix jaggery powder in the roasted Jowar flour.
4. In a mixer, add dates and make a soft mix. Now mix jowar-jaggery mixture and Cardamom to the dates and grind it once again for one minute.
5. Now take out mixture in a plate and start binding. If required mix ghee and bind. And Ta Da. You are done.
Instead of dates, you can also use Early Foods Dates Powder
Tips: Storage Instructions – Keep these Jowar Dates ladoo in an airtight container. Use within 10-15 days.
