Curry Leaves Powder Recipe

Curry leaves have almost 900mg of calcium per 100g, that is 9x more than cow’s milk. So here is an easy chutney recipe with lots of curry leaves to naturally increase calcium in your diet.

With this, I have shared a super simple millet dosa with sesame seeds that can made instantly if you have any millet flour. Here I have used Early Foods Sattu Maavu multigrain flour (a mix of Foxtail, Little, Kodo, Ragi, Bajra) etc. to make my dosas.

Ingredients

1. Groundnuts – 1 Handful
2. Green Chilli – 1 (optional)
3. Handful of fresh curry leaves
4. Salt to taste

Method

Just grind them with water & salt to make a fine paste. Add a seasoning and its ready.So enjoy your super nutritious hot dosas with curry leaves chutney with your kids 🙂 I would love to hear how you like them.
