You don’t need to be an expert to make this turmeric & ginger pickle. This is an instant pickle recipe that cannot go wrong. You just need fresh turmeric, ginger, lemon, green chilli, salt, and nothing else. It can be marinated for a day and you can begin to use it.
Store the pickle in a refrigerator after using it. Use before 1 month. So always make it fresh in small batches.
Since the pickle has fresh turmeric and ginger, it is an amazing immune-boosting recipe for kids and the entire family. Since we store them for a few days, the fermentation makes it a probiotic food for kids to that is excellent for children’s guts.
You just need 5 ingredients:
- Fresh Turmeric (Not Turmeric powder)
- Fresh Ginger
- Green Chilli – just 1 (optional)
- Salt
- Lemon Juice
