Poha Jaggery Laddoo

Poha Jaggery Laddoo – Poha or Flattened rice laddoo’s made with jaggery, coconut & cashews so quick, and can be done within 15 minutes without too much effort.

The poha jaggery laddoo is a great snack for kids after an evening play, lunch box snack for school, or whenever the kids are hungry.

It’s moist & soft so even babies who are 1+ years can easily eat them as finger foods.

Ingredients

1.Poha – 1 cup

2.Grated Coconut – ½ cup

3.Jaggery – ½ cup

4.Cashews roasted in ghee – 2 tbsp

5.Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp

Method Of Preparation

1.Soak poha in 1  cup of water for 15 minutes

2.Add Jaggery powder, grated coconut, roasted cashews & cardamom powder to the soaked poha

3.Mix well for 5 minutes

4.Roll into small balls
