Coconut Chutney

Coconut Chutney is an amazing source of good fats for kids. This recipe is Non-Spicy, fresh, quick to make for kids that they can easily relish it with idli’s, dosas, rotis, pongal or vada or pakoda’s

Ditch the sugary ketchup and start exposing kids to our traditional wholesome chutney’s.

Age Recommendation: 8 months & above without salt, 12+ months with reduced salt

Ingredients:
1. Fresh coconut chopped 1 cup
2. Pepper 1/2 tsp
3. Curry Leaves Handful
4. Jeera 1/2 Tsp
5. Mint Leaves Handful
6. Ginger (great for cold & coughs)
6. Salt (as needed)

Method
1. Grind all of them together with a little water
2. First add little water, grind. Once it’s made into a soft paste, then add more water to make a fine paste
3. Serve coconut chutney with hot Idli’s, Dosa, Pongal
