Rajma and potato pan-fried cutlets are great snack options, especially when your kids don’t like to eat the traditional dal/sambhar etc.

Make like regular cutlets, but just add well-boiled rajma. Ensure you have soaked Rajma for 7-10 hours before cooking. Soaking reduces the anti-nutrients in Rajma so your child can easily digest and also absorb all nutrients well.
