Beetroot Rice

Beetroot- Rich in Folic Acid, Vitamin Bs & Iron. Since not many of them like beets, I though the best way to have them once in a while is to add them to rotis.

Just grate the beetroot, add it to the roti flour and knead them all together with water and a little bit of salt. And just make them like regular roti’s.
