Ragi Laddoos with Jaggery

Please put the correct video link to the video post format section

Laddoos are our traditional desserts. Our recipe used ragi flour which is rich in calcium, groundnuts (for healthy fat), til or sesame seeds (again rich in calcium) to make the laddoos.

These sweet treats can be offered to your little one when they are hungry after play, after school or even as a small tiffin to their play school. They make amazing baby food recipes, kids snack recipes.

Early Foods makes an Instant Ragi Porridge mix with almonds & dates. The process of making them instant is called popping or puffing, called as “Huri Hittu” in kannada. Its is a traditional process to make it an instant ragi. You can make it at home, or just buy them from www.earlyfoods.com

If you have extra Instant Ragi almond date porridge mix, you can easily convert them into these yummy ragi laddoos with jaggery & dry fruits for your kids. The recipe takes less than 10 minutes 🙂
