Ingredients for Barnyard Millet Dosa:

-Barnyard millet 3 cups
-Urad Dal 1 cup
-Poha or cooked rice 1 handful

Method Of Preparation
1. Wash, and soak all grains for 4 hours
2. Put them all in a mixer grinder to make a smooth batter. It takes about 1 minute in a mixer
3. Pour batter into a big vessel and cover it and leave it for fermentation for 8 hours
4. The batter doubles and also has so many bubbles. Mix well and use it to make crispy hot dosas. If you want, add some water to dilute it a little
Dunk these dosas in homemade sambhar or chutney and relish!
