How to make the Little Millet batter:
1. Soak Little Millet 3 cups, Urad dal 1 cup, 1 cup poha all together in water
2. Soak for 4 hours
3. In a mixer with little water, grind it for 2 mins to make a batter
4. Pour the batter into a broad bowl, cover and leave it for 8 hours to ferment.
5. The batter rises to double and is ready to use.
How to make Urad Dal Vada?
1. Soak Urad dal for 4 hours
2. Add salt, ginger, pepper, 1/2 chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves and the soaked udal dal in a mixer and make a smooth paste
3. Fry in hot oil (prefer a cold pressed, and dont let it smoke while frying)
How to make Dry Fruit Laddoo?
1. Dry Roast all dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, pista etc) – 1 cup all together
2. Put them in a mixer to make a soft powdery mix.
3. Add 3/4 cup of jaggery powder
4. Add 2 Tbps Homemade or A2 Ghee (preferably for kids)
5. Mix them all and make them into round laddoos 🙂
