o 3 cups raw almonds
o ½ tsp salt
o ½ tsp ground cinnamon powder

Method Of Preparation
o Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the almonds across a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes. Stir once, halfway
o Allow almonds to cool
o After about 5 minutes, transfer the almonds to a mixer.
o Blend until you achieve a rich, creamy texture. Keep scraping the sides between pausing to scrape down the sides as necessary. This process takes some time
o Once the almond butter is smooth add salt, and cinnamon powder and blend again
o Let the almond butter cool to room temperature
o Store in the refrigerator for a week. But our advice, make small & fresh batches always
